The VTS-M is an M-LOK thumb stop designed by FabDefense for shooters who use the thumb-forward grip on the handguard. At 45 mm long, 25 mm wide and weighing just 20 g, it mounts on any M-LOK handguard without adding meaningful bulk to the rifle.

The thumb-forward grip provides strong lateral control of the weapon during fast movements and transitions, but it requires a fixed reference point where the thumb can rest consistently. The VTS-M serves exactly that purpose: it creates a constant stop that lets you find the same grip every time you pick up the weapon, without having to adjust by eye. The ABS body keeps weight low and, unlike metal components in prolonged skin contact, neither retains heat nor becomes uncomfortably cold — a relevant factor during extended range sessions.

The trade-off to consider is the material: ABS offers light weight and comfortable feel, but is less resistant to hard impacts than machined aluminium. For heavy-duty service use or high-stress mechanical environments, this is worth bearing in mind.
