101INC Operator 20L Rucksack — Green

The Operator 20L is a 20-litre tactical rucksack made from Cordura nylon, designed for day hikes, hunting trips and light operational use. With an empty weight of approximately 600 g — comparable to a half-full water bottle — it adds virtually nothing to the load even when the contents are already substantial.

The padded shoulder straps with 3D mesh distribute pressure evenly across the entire shoulder surface and promote airflow during extended outings. The adjustable sternum strap with plastic buckle prevents the shoulder straps from sliding outward, while the hip belt with buckle allows part of the weight to be transferred to the hips without making the system as rigid as a full frame. The combination works well up to moderate loads: those carrying heavy weights over long distances will find the lack of padding on the hip belt a real limitation.

The entire outer surface is covered in MOLLE webbing, making it straightforward to add pouches, medical kits or modular bottle holders without altering the base structure. The main compartment is accessible both via the top lid and the front zip, allowing access to deeper layers without having to unload the entire rucksack. Inside, two zipped mesh pockets organise small items, and a rear sleeve pocket protects a laptop or hydration bladder panel — the sleeve is present, but the bladder is not included.
