Multi-purpose Miltec pouch with a hook-and-loop (Velcro) backing, made from polyester and polyurethane. Measuring 15x5.5x17.5 cm, it is suited for carrying small pieces of kit, first-response supplies or field accessories, to be attached to any Velcro-compatible surface.

The hook-and-loop attachment allows the pouch to be positioned and removed without tools, adapting to panels, vests and other equipped surfaces. This system is faster to fit than MOLLE loops, though retention depends on the quality and area of the receiving surface: on small or worn surfaces the hold may be less secure than a MOLLE attachment.
