Lightstick Miltec Mini 40 mm — Green

The Miltec Mini lightsticks are single-use chemiluminescent sticks measuring 40 mm that produce cold green light with no heat, no flame and no battery drain. Ten units per pack, designed for night-time signalling, position marking and navigation in total darkness during outdoor activities, night hunting and professional use.

Activation is achieved by bending the stick to break the inner ampoule and shaking it to mix the reagents: no switch, no electronic component that can fail. The ABS construction is waterproof, so the lightstick works in rain or damp environments without any drop in brightness. It produces no heat and no risk of combustion, making it safe even in contact with sensitive items in a rucksack or pocket.

The compact dimensions — 40 mm in length — allow you to carry a generous supply with negligible weight: ten sticks take up little more space than a handful of keys. The trade-off to bear in mind is the one typical of any single-use lightstick: once activated it cannot be switched off or reused, so it should only be used when light is genuinely needed, not as a primary source to be turned on and off at will.
