Fenix GL23R Weapon Light with Green Laser — Black

The Fenix GL23R is a compact tactical weapon light for pistols with a Picatinny rail, combining a high-output LED and a green laser pointer in a single unit. Weighing 120 g including the battery and measuring 87x30x43 mm, it mounts cleanly on the most common pistols and is designed for those who need rapid target identification and illumination in one package.

The white light output reaches 1,200 lumens with a maximum beam distance of 240 m — enough to saturate an enclosed space or illuminate an obstacle at medium range outdoors. Runtime on white light alone is 1 hour; on green laser alone it extends to 13 hours. The green laser is far more visible to the naked eye in daylight than a red laser, reducing target acquisition time when speed matters. The combined mode — white light and laser active simultaneously — allows you to illuminate the scene while maintaining a precise aiming reference without switching between controls. Worth noting: running both sources at once reduces runtime compared to either mode individually, and the green laser requires initial zeroing before it can be relied upon in an established procedure.

The digital circuit regulates output to maintain stable brightness throughout the discharge cycle, avoiding the progressive dimming typical of unregulated circuits. The USB Type-C charging port is built into the body: the 18350 lithium-ion battery (1,100 mAh) charges in place without removal. Ambidextrous controls allow activation with either hand without changing your grip on the weapon. Rail attachment uses a tool-free locking wheel; a Picatinny adapter plate is included for pistols without a native rail profile. All performance figures are measured to the ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009 standard.

Key features

• The Luminus SFT40 LED produces 1,200 lumens with a stated beam distance of 240 m, sufficient for target identification at medium range even outdoors.
• The green laser remains visible in full daylight, where a red laser would be difficult to spot quickly.
• Three operating modes — light, laser, light + laser — are selectable without releasing your grip, thanks to ambidextrous controls.
• Direct USB Type-C charging on the body eliminates the need for an external charger and reduces downtime between uses.
• The modest weight of 120 g does not noticeably affect the balance of the pistol.
• Tool-free rail attachment via locking wheel ensures quick, secure mounting.
