OLIGHT Javelot Turbo 2 1800 lm Torch — Green

The Javelot Turbo 2 is a long-range torch delivering 1800 lumens with a stated beam distance of 1500 metres, designed for those who operate or hunt in open terrain where identifying a target or animal at distance matters. The 6061-T6 aluminium alloy body measures 257 mm in length with a diameter of 26 mm, for a total weight of 430 g including the battery.

The integrated 5000 mAh battery is the logistical core of this torch: it removes any dependence on replaceable cells and recharges via USB-C or via the MCC3 magnetic connector, which is useful when working with gloves or in low-visibility conditions. The trade-off is that, unlike a torch with swappable batteries, you cannot switch to a fresh pack in the field — charging must be planned in advance. In return, the output management system is designed to maximise runtime: at full power of 1800 lumens the runtime is around 6 hours, but dropping to 15 lumens extends it to up to 272 hours, turning the torch into a long-term emergency light source.

The IPX67 water resistance rating means the torch can withstand submersion to one metre depth — enough for heavy rain, stream crossings and accidental drops in water. The wireless remote switch included in the box lets you activate the torch without changing your grip on the weapon or removing your hand from the firing position, a genuine advantage during night operations or observation.

Key features

• The focused beam reaches 1500 metres: sufficient for long-range identification in open terrain.
• USB-C charging and the MCC3 magnetic connector allow recharging with full kit on, without precise manoeuvres in the dark.
• The four output levels — from 1800 to 15 lumens — let you manage runtime and visibility according to the situation, without wasting charge during short-range movement.
• The IPX67 rating ensures operation even after accidental submersion, not just rain or splashing.
• The wireless remote switch with its dedicated wrist strap keeps the firing hand free from torch control during weapon-mounted use.
• The 6061-T6 aluminium body keeps weight to 430 g while maintaining the robustness needed for field use.
