OLIGHT JAVELOT Turbo 2 Torch 1800 lm — Black

The OLIGHT JAVELOT Turbo 2 is a long-range torch built for those who need to illuminate at distances most compact torches simply cannot reach. With a stated beam distance of 1500 metres and a peak output of 1800 lumens, it is sized for night-time use in open environments: search operations, night hunting, perimeter security. The 6061-T6 aluminium alloy body measures 257 mm in length with a tube diameter of 26 mm and weighs 430 grams with the integrated battery.

The central trade-off of this torch lies in the integrated 5000 mAh battery: it removes the need to carry spare cells and allows charging via USB-C or the MCC3 magnetic connector, but it ties the user to the availability of a power source. Anyone operating in environments where recharging cannot be guaranteed for days needs to plan accordingly. In return, the runtimes are generous: at maximum output of 1800 lumens the torch runs for 360 minutes in progressive step-down mode (from 1800 to 500 to 150 to 15 lumens); at the minimum of 15 lumens runtime extends to 272 hours. At 150 lumens — the most balanced mode for moving without draining the reserve — there are 27 hours of continuous light.

Water resistance is rated IPX67: the torch can withstand submersion. The Cree LED is driven by four selectable output levels, and the package includes a wireless remote switch with a dedicated wrist strap, useful when the torch is mounted on a weapon or a bracket and direct access to the body is not convenient. The included hard case protects everything during transport.

Key features

• Beam distance of 1500 metres: covers ranges useful for night-time reconnaissance and hunting in open terrain where compact tactical torches fall short.
• Integrated 5000 mAh battery with dual USB-C and magnetic MCC3 charging: no spare cells to carry, but planning recharging is part of its use.
• Four output levels with runtime up to 272 hours on low: the torch adapts to both long-range illumination and power conservation during extended operations.
• Wireless remote switch included: allows activation from a distance from the torch body, useful when mounted on a weapon or a fixed bracket.
• IPX67 rating and 6061-T6 aluminium body: construction that withstands submersion and use in adverse weather conditions.
