Each compartment features an adjustable closure height with 2 positions, allowing retention to be tailored to grenades of different lengths without modifying the pouch. The closure system combines Velcro and a press stud on each slot: this is more secure than a simple bungee cord — the grenade won't slip out even during crawls or jumps — but requires a fraction of a second more than an open-top design.
