Tasmanian Tiger MOLLE Hand Grenade Pouch — Green

The TT MOLLE Hand Grenade Pouch by Tasmanian Tiger is a compact pouch designed for the secure carry of NATO-issue and Soviet-derived hand grenades. Measuring 11x8x5 cm and weighing 60 g, it attaches to MOLLE webbing on a 2-column by 2-row grid and fits plate carriers, chest rigs, or tactical belts.

Cordura® 700-denier fabric ensures abrasion and wear resistance even during extended operational use, while keeping weight to a minimum. The pouch is compatible with the DM51, DM51A, DM41, RGD-5, and RGO grenades, with pyrotechnic models from the PYROSOFT (PYRO-5, P-67) series, and with small gas cartridges or GBB rounds. Those working with training pyrotechnics will find a precisely sized housing for these formats.

The open-top design with elastic retention allows fast one-handed draw and re-insertion without the need to undo any buckles or buttons. This makes it suitable for scenarios where speed of access matters, but it also means that retention relies on elastic tension rather than a positive locking mechanism: on highly dynamic rigs or in the event of a fall, this is a factor to weigh against solutions with active closures. The finish has no IRR (infrared reduction) treatment.

Key features

• MOLLE attachment on a 2-column x 2-row grid provides a stable position on the webbing with no lateral play, even under stress.
• Cordura® 700 DEN fabric withstands friction wear and continuous use without adding unnecessary weight.
• Dimensions of 11x8x5 cm cover the majority of NATO-issue grenades and Eastern European derivatives, as well as small-format GBB cartridges.
• The open top with elastic allows one-handed retrieval in minimal time, at the expense of less absolute retention compared to positive-locking solutions.
• At just 60 g, it adds negligible weight even to already fully equipped rigs.
• No IRR treatment: worth noting in contexts where infrared signature reduction is required.
