The Reaper is a low-profile plate carrier designed for those who need a lightweight, versatile platform that accepts standard-format ballistic plates while offering an extensive MOLLE surface for additional kit. The shell is made from laser-cut 600D fabric, a construction choice that keeps material to a minimum while maintaining a solid, load-stable structure.

Laser-cutting the MOLLE grid eliminates extra stitching along the webbing loops, reducing the carrier's weight and lowering the profile of attached pouches. The inner body and shoulder panels are lined with padded spacer mesh that keeps fabric off the skin, promotes airflow and reduces heat build-up during extended use. Velcro panels on the upper front and rear accept ID or morale patches; a drag handle on the back allows rapid extraction of the operator when required.

The front panel features 3 flat pouches for M4 magazines, with the distinctive option of closing them completely to create a flat front surface when ammunition does not need to be carried. This flexibility is useful in situations where silhouette matters, though a flat-top pouch with an optional closure is slower to access than an always-open pouch with elastic retention. Eight flexible loops positioned around the shoulders allow PTT cables or hydration tube routing and management.
