The 6094A-RS is a low-profile plate carrier made from 600D fabric, designed for those who need to carry ballistic plates while keeping unladen weight low and freedom of movement high. The MOLLE surface covers the entire structure — front, back and sides — allowing the load to be configured without any positional constraints.

The quick-release system allows the carrier to be removed in seconds in the event of an injury or entry into water. The upper area of the front panel features hook-and-loop panels for ID patches and a drag handle that allows the wearer to be pulled out of a danger zone without grabbing the carrier by the fabric. These two functions — release and evacuation — work in opposite directions: the first is for getting rid of the carrier, the second for keeping it on the wearer as long as they remain operational. Deciding which takes priority in the intended scenario helps determine where to position pouches and how much to load the sides.

On each side there are integrated pockets that accommodate a rifle magazine or a large PMR radio without adding external bulk to the MOLLE panel. Around the shoulder straps there are four flexible loops dedicated to routing Comtac cables or hydration tubes, keeping cables tidy and out of the line of fire without requiring additional accessories.
