Nuprol Kit Box Hard Case 86.6 x 46.5 x 53.8 cm — Tan

The Nuprol Kit Box Hard Case is a rigid polypropylene transport case designed for anyone who needs to move airsoft guns, accessories and gear with maximum mechanical protection. Internal dimensions of 807 x 402 x 499 mm provide a usable volume of 215 litres, enough to hold several standard-sized airsoft guns alongside magazines, optics and consumables, with the interior lined in mouldable polyurethane foam.

The polypropylene body absorbs transport impacts better than a thin ABS shell, and the stainless steel hinge pins keep the structure aligned even after years of heavy use. The 5 compression latches distributed around the perimeter ensure an even seal along the gasket edge: a single central latch would leave lateral flex zones that can open micro-cracks in the gasket over time. The 2 ten-millimetre lock hasps let you secure the case during transport or storage without needing any special lock size.

The empty weight of 9.6 kg is the inevitable trade-off of such a rigid shell: those looking for minimum weight will prefer a soft bag, but will give up the lateral compression protection this structure provides when the case is stacked under other loads. The Tan (Dark Earth / FDE) colour reduces the visibility of dust and dirt compared to plain black, while maintaining a neutral appearance suited to operational environments.
