The Snugpak SF Bivvi Bag is perfect for UK weather conditions, protecting you from evaporative and convective heat loss. It is one of the Ten Essentials for Hiking and Mountaineering. The SF Bivvi Bag is the ideal choice for adventure runners, bushcraft and emergency survival. The half-length non-locking front zip allows for a quick exit when every second counts and you need to move fast. With a small volume and exceptionally light weight, it can be folded or stowed as an essential in your running pack, with or without a sleeping bag.

• Central half zip for quick and easy access (perfect for use with Snugpak Special Forces range sleeping bags).
• 100% waterproof fabric with a hydrostatic head greater than 5000mm (items with a hydrostatic head greater than 1500mm are generally considered waterproof).
• Sealed seams
• Robust
• Breathable (will transmit up to 7.5 litres of moisture per m2 every 24 hours)
• Soft to the touch
• Supplied with its own storage bag
• Outer fabric treated with a durable water repellent (water resistance can be maintained by gentle drying after washing and periodic re-treatment with suitable care products such as Nikwax or Grangers)

It is important to note that as it has a solid lining, air cannot pass through so care must be taken not to completely seal any Bivvi Bag system to avoid suffocation.
