FMA Rear Counterweight Pouch

This counterweight pouch is an ideal accessory for helmets such as the FAST/MICH and similar models. It mounts via two rear screws on the ARC rails and rear Velcro. The package includes 5 weights of 70 g each, which can be swapped for batteries such as AA, AAA, or CR123A. The pouch features elastic straps to hold the weights or batteries in place and offers space for attaching VELCRO patches, a beacon light, or IFF markers.
The pouch's low-profile design keeps wear comfortable and eliminates neck strain caused by a front-heavy helmet.

Installation Instructions

1. Unscrew the rear screws on the ARC rails, slot the pouch into position, and screw them back in.


2. Attach the VELCRO straps to the back of the helmet, making sure the pouch is firmly secured.


3. Place the weights inside the pouch to achieve the optimal weight balance.
