Biodegradable BBs weighing 0.28 g, made from PLA polymer and supplied in a resealable bag of 3,500 rounds (net weight 1 kg). Designed for airsoft, they are well suited to outdoor fields where picking up spent BBs is not always practical and plastic residue in the environment is a genuine concern.
The 5.95 mm ± 0.01 mm diameter ensures a tight dimensional tolerance, resulting in a consistently performing hop-up and reliable feeding in the magazine. At 0.28 g, these BBs sit in the mid-weight range: they offer a more stable trajectory than 0.20 g BBs, particularly at medium range, while remaining compatible with the operating pressures typical of AEG and GBB systems. Players running high-velocity builds will find this weight strikes a good balance between effective range and hop-up response; those with systems tuned to lower velocities may notice a range reduction compared to lighter BBs.
The biodegradable PLA material breaks down in the environment without leaving persistent plastic residue, unlike standard ABS. It is advisable, however, to store them in a dry place away from prolonged heat sources, as PLA is more sensitive to moisture and high temperatures than conventional synthetic BBs.
Key Features
- The 0.28 g weight improves flight stability over standard 0.20 g BBs, reducing drift caused by light wind.
- The ± 0.01 mm diameter tolerance ensures consistent feeding and reduces the risk of hop-up jams.
- Biodegradable PLA polymer breaks down in the environment, making these BBs suitable for outdoor fields where retrieval is not possible.
- The resealable 1 kg bag keeps the BBs protected from moisture between sessions.
- The black colour makes them less visible in flight — a useful detail in tactical scenarios where the trajectory should not give away your position.
